Export Procedure

At Solarway Suppliers, we are proud to supply our products beyond South Africa and make them available to our neighboring countries. We currently export to:

• Namibia

• Botswana

• Zimbabwe

• Mozambique

• Eswatini

• Lesotho

• Zambia

Ordering for Export

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT (15%). For export orders, this VAT is removed, meaning you benefit from zero-rated pricing (ex VAT / less 15%).

Any product listed on our website can be ordered for export. To ensure a smooth and compliant export process, all shipments are handled exclusively through our partnered couriers. This guarantees reliable delivery, proper documentation, and peace of mind. Shipping costs are additional and will be quoted based on your location and order size.

Using Your Own Transport

If you prefer to handle collection or arrange your own transport, please note the following:

• Orders collected directly by the client will be charged including VAT, and the VAT reclaim process will need to be done by the client independently.

• For customers wishing to arrange their own transportation, you must contact us in advance. Zero-rated invoices cannot be processed unless they go through our approved export procedure.

We are committed to making the export process as straightforward as possible, while ensuring compliance with all requirements.

Terms & Conditions for Exports

1. Eligible Countries: We currently export to Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Eswatini, Lesotho, and Zambia. Clients may enquire for exports to other destinations.

2. VAT & Zero-Rated Pricing: All website prices are inclusive of VAT (15%). Export orders qualify for zero-rated pricing (ex VAT / less 15%) only if transport is arranged through Solarway Suppliers’ partnered couriers.

3. Partnered Couriers: Export shipments are facilitated via Triton, Big Foot Express, or Caribou Cargo. Shipping costs are billed separately.

4. Self-Collection: Orders collected directly by clients will not be zero-rated. VAT-inclusive pricing applies, and VAT refunds/claims remain the responsibility of the client.

5. Third-Party Transport: Customers wishing to arrange their own transportation must contact Solarway Suppliers prior to order processing. Zero-rated invoices will not be issued unless specific requirements are met.

6. Documentation: All exports processed through our partnered couriers will include the required export documentation for customs clearance.

7. Additional Countries: Exports outside the listed countries are subject to approval and may involve additional requirements or conditions.
