1. Competition Overview

Solarway Suppliers is giving away two (2) dream holidays for two people, as follows:

• 🏖️ Retail Prize:

  A trip for two (2) to Zanzibar, including return flights from OR Tambo International Airport, airport transfers, breakfast and dinner daily, and 7 days accommodation.

• 🌺 Dealer Prize:

  A trip for two (2) to Mauritius, including return flights from OR Tambo International Airport, airport transfers, breakfast and dinner daily, and 7 days accommodation.

  (Open exclusively to registered Solarway Suppliers dealers.)

Spending money, travel insurance, visas (if applicable), and personal expenses are not included.

2. Competition Period

• Start Date: 10 October 2025
• End Date: 12 January 2026
• Winners Announced: January 2026

Purchases made before 10 October 2025 will not qualify

3. How to Enter

To qualify for entry into the Solarway Suppliers Holiday Giveaway, participants must:

1. Make a single purchase of R10,999 or more (on one invoice) from Solarway Suppliers during the competition period.
2. Complete the official online entry form on the Solarway Suppliers website
3. Follow Solarway Suppliers on Instagram and/or Facebook, and like and share the official giveaway poster.

Each qualifying invoice of R10,999 or more equals one (1) entry, provided all above steps are completed.

Purchases made as multiple smaller invoices that total R10,999 will not qualify.

Invoices must be paid in full before entry is confirmed.

4. Eligibility

• Open to persons aged 18 years and older.
• Open to residents of South Africa and neighbouring countries. Winners residing outside South Africa may be required to cover additional travel costs (e.g., connecting flights to OR Tambo, visa or border fees).
• Solarway staff members and their family members may participate, provided they meet all entry requirements.
• The Mauritius holiday is open only to registered Solarway Dealers.
• The Zanzibar holiday is open to general retail customers.
• All entrants must hold a valid passport and meet all necessary travel and visa requirements for their destination and for re-entry into South Africa.

Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and a redraw.

5. Prize Details

• Each prize covers two (2) people (two adults, or one adult and one child).
• Prize includes:
  • Return economy-class flights from OR Tambo International Airport.
  • Airport transfers to and from the hotel.
  • Accommodation for 7 days.
  • Breakfast and dinner daily.
• Any additional guests, upgrades, personal spending, or extras are at the winner’s own cost.
• Travel will take place during off-peak dates, to be set by Solarway Suppliers in consultation with the winners.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, or stock.

6. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected via random draw from all valid entries.
• Each qualifying invoice (that meets all entry requirements) represents one entry in the draw.
• Winners will be publicly announced on Solarway Suppliers’ official social media pages and contacted directly.
• Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize within 7 days of being notified.
• If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond, or fails to meet travel or passport requirements, the prize will be forfeited and redrawn.

7. Publicity & Media Use

• By entering, participants agree that Solarway Suppliers may use their name, photos, and social media content for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Winners will be required to share a few photos or short videos from their holiday experience for use by Solarway Suppliers on social media and promotional materials.

8. Refunds, Disqualifications & Forfeiture

• Any refunded, reversed, or cancelled purchase will result in the loss of entry eligibility.
• Solarway Suppliers reserves the right to verify invoices and disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• If a winner cannot travel due to invalid or missing travel documents (passport, visa, etc.), Solarway Suppliers reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a new winner.

9. General Terms

• Solarway Suppliers accepts no responsibility for any delays, cancellations, visa rejections, or incidents beyond its control once the prize has been awarded.
• The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
• Participation in this competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Summary

Spend R10,999 or more between 10 Oct 2025 – 12 Jan 2026, complete the online entry form, and follow + share Solarway Suppliers’ holiday giveaway post — and you could WIN an allinclusive trip for two to either Zanzibar (retail) or Mauritius (dealers)!

Winners announced January 2026.
